Job Description
This role is all about ensuring construction projects run smoothly, hitting quality, timeline, and budget targets. You'll be the go-to person for managing costs, schedules, and contracts, coordinating all the different teams involved.
You'll be creating and updating project plans, tracking expenses, and preparing reports. This includes handling the bidding process, organizing meetings, and supporting with approvals and managing any changes or risks. Keeping detailed records of the project's progress is also key.
The company is looking for someone with a degree in civil engineering or a related field, who has solid experience in project management, ideally following AHO guidelines. Familiarity with project management software and strong German language skills are essential.
