Job Description
This role is about preparing and planning construction projects in road, civil, and earthworks. You'll be involved in both the bidding and execution phases, creating detailed schedules and calculating material needs.
You will also be responsible for developing lean scheduling, site setup plans, and logistics concepts. This involves actively managing project timelines, optimizing workflows, and supporting the creation of technical and commercial frameworks.
The ideal candidate has a degree in civil engineering or a similar qualification, with practical experience in construction preparation. Good knowledge of MS Office, construction management software like ITWO®, and MS Project is essential, with TILOS being a plus. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong economic and problem-solving skills is key.
