Job Description
The company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee renovation and expansion projects in existing buildings. This role involves managing all aspects of construction, from planning and execution to final handover and warranty. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects meet quality, schedule, and budget targets, handling technical clarifications, and subcontracting. A key part of the job is managing client relationships and working closely with the project team.
To succeed in this position, you should have a degree in architecture or civil engineering, or equivalent experience, along with several years of project management experience in construction. Familiarity with cost estimation, VOB (German construction contract regulations), execution planning, contract management, and construction execution is essential. Proficiency in MS Office and tendering software, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a structured, self-motivated approach are also important.
