Job Description
This role is for a Project Management Engineer in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The company is looking for someone to join a team focused on increasing power capacity in hydroelectric plants. You'll be involved in managing major and strategic projects, ensuring technical, environmental, and safety requirements are met.
Your day-to-day will involve collaborating on project plans, budgets, and schedules. You'll also help integrate engineering, construction, and procurement aspects, and support technical work on site. A background in electrical or mechanical engineering and at least 5 years of experience in multidisciplinary project management are key.
Experience with hydroelectric projects, matrix team management, and stakeholder engagement is also important. Familiarity with project execution strategies and software like MS Project would be beneficial.
