This role is for a Project Coordinator in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, supporting the Construction Manager. You'll be involved in all phases of project execution, from pre-construction planning and administrative setup to supporting VDC activities like clash detection and 4D scheduling. During construction, you'll assist with managing subcontracts, tracking progress, updating schedules, and handling change orders and RFIs. You'll also play a part in client billing and invoicing, ensuring project health and safety standards are met, and supporting BIM/VDC efforts on-site. The company is looking for someone with an undergraduate degree in engineering or construction management and 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Project Coordinator.
