This role is for a Project Coordinator on large-scale construction projects, handling everything from client needs to project timelines. You'll be a key communicator, ensuring resources are available and managing administrative tasks for projects valued between $250 million and over $1 billion. You'll support the project team by coordinating efforts and providing administrative assistance. This involves communicating effectively with team members, partners, consultants, and clients, as well as managing construction schedules, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders. You'll also be involved in analyzing quotes to find the best market prices and ensuring project reports are completed accurately. Promoting safety on site is also an important part of this role. Ideally, you have 1-3 years of experience in construction, possibly with a degree or technical diploma in engineering. Experience in project coordination and teamwork is essential.
