The role involves coordinating with site superintendents, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and handling technical queries related to plans and specifications. A key part of this position includes managing BIM conflict detection when applicable, reviewing shop drawings, and overseeing project changes and deficiencies. To succeed, you'll need a degree in a relevant field like civil engineering or architecture, or equivalent experience, with at least four years of project management experience. Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving are essential, as is proficiency in MS Project and the Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingualism in French and English is also required.
