Job Description
The company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee road signage projects in Montreal. This role involves managing all phases of a project from contract award to completion, including planning, coordination, and client communication. You'll be responsible for coordinating design requests, obtaining approvals, liaising with clients and authorities, and managing subcontractors. Availability for urgent matters is essential.
You will be involved in client communication, advising on signage, and negotiation. The role includes managing project execution, from planning and work orders to invoicing and closing. You'll also be responsible for preparing signage designs, booking subcontractors, and contributing to business development by seeking new sales. Maintaining project files and collaborating with various stakeholders are key aspects of this position.
Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of project management or signage experience. Familiarity with the construction industry and MTQ plans and specifications is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills are important, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
