Job Description
This company is looking for a construction project manager to join their growing team in Montreal, Quebec. You'll be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, working closely with site superintendents. This role involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and partners, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
You'll be in charge of planning, scheduling, procurement, and cost control, while also managing client and supplier relationships. The ability to anticipate and resolve issues is key, as is strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with project management software like Dreeven, MS Project, or Procore is also important.
This is a hybrid role, offering a good work-life balance and the chance to work autonomously on diverse projects. The company values its employees and offers a competitive salary between $90,000 and $120,000 annually, plus benefits.
