This company is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their structure business unit in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. You'll be involved in managing various activities and schedules for large-scale construction projects, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders, and handling administrative tasks. The role involves supporting the project team with coordination and administrative duties, maintaining open communication with team members, consultants, and clients, and reviewing construction schedules. You'll also be responsible for managing shop drawings, RFIs, purchase orders, and project completion documents, as well as analyzing project quotes and completing project reports. Promoting safety standards on-site is also a key aspect of this position. Ideally, you have 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry, a degree in Engineering or a related field, and a strong passion for client service and teamwork.
