Job Description
This role is for a Project Manager in construction and infrastructure, based in Frankfurt. The company is looking for someone to actively shape complex projects and make a tangible contribution to society. You'll be responsible for coordinating and steering these projects, ensuring they stay on track with costs, timelines, and quality.
Your day-to-day will involve managing all project phases, including changes and decisions. You'll also be involved in setting up transparent structures for tracking costs, schedules, and performance, and coordinating all project participants to ensure efficient collaboration. Clear communication with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders is key, as is sharing your knowledge to help improve processes.
To be successful, you'll need a degree in civil engineering, business engineering, architecture, or a similar field, along with at least three years of experience in construction/infrastructure projects, project management, controlling, and scheduling. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project, strong communication and organizational skills, and a structured approach are also important.
