Job Description
This role is for a Deputy Project Manager in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. You'll be the right hand to the Project Manager, deeply involved in the day-to-day administration, planning, and execution of projects. This means ensuring everything stays on track with contractual requirements, budgets, and deadlines.
You'll be coordinating between various internal teams like engineering and finance, as well as external stakeholders. This involves managing project documentation, tracking progress, and proactively identifying and resolving any issues that arise. Your ability to manage priorities and communicate effectively will be key.
The company is looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of project coordination or management experience, ideally in a technical or industrial setting. Familiarity with project controls, documentation platforms like SharePoint, and MS Project is important. You'll need to be proficient in both French and English and comfortable working under pressure.
