The company is looking for a Building Projects Planning Engineer to join their site office in Panaji, Goa. This role involves creating and managing project schedules, including resources, execution plans, and cash flow projections. You'll be responsible for tracking progress against these schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and preparing reports for stakeholders. You'll also coordinate with consultants and clients for drawings and approvals, manage documentation, and assist in preparing estimates and quantities. A key part of the job is working closely with the site team to monitor daily activities, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and track project hindrances. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with MS Project for planning and scheduling, and a good understanding of construction processes. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
