Job Description
This role is all about managing the pre-installation and installation phases of elevator and escalator projects. You'll be ensuring everything is ready on-site, from materials and shaft dimensions to coordinating with main contractors and consultants for shop drawings and technical submittals.
You'll also be responsible for planning logistics, submitting progress reports, and managing variations. During installation, you'll oversee resources, ensure safety procedures are followed, and track progress using project management tools. This involves close coordination with various internal teams and subcontractors to keep projects on track and within budget.
The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in the elevator industry and is fluent in English and Chinese. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
