Job Description
This role is for an Architect or Civil Engineer to manage warehouse development and construction projects. You'll be involved in developing properties, planning new constructions, and managing the entire process from initial planning through to completion, following HOAI phases.
You will coordinate and manage large construction projects, prepare and execute tenders for planning and construction services, and work with external partners like architects and general contractors. This includes drafting contracts with legal advisors and collaborating with authorities and internal teams. You'll also oversee budget, quality, and progress, and provide technical and economic advice for investment planning.
The company is looking for someone with a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering and significant experience in managing large construction projects, ideally in logistics. Strong knowledge of HOAI, VOB/B, and contract law is essential, as is experience dealing with authorities and a good understanding of construction technology and the real estate industry.
