Job Description
As a Site Manager or Foreman specializing in medium-voltage electrical engineering, you'll be instrumental in bringing ambitious projects to life on-site. Your expertise will cover photovoltaic systems, transformer substations, energy management, large-scale battery storage, LED lighting, and e-charging infrastructure. You'll ensure seamless coordination across all project phases, from planning and execution to acceptance and commissioning, guaranteeing high quality and project success.
This role involves taking full responsibility for the implementation of innovative energy and e-mobility projects. You will coordinate subcontractors and internal/external project teams, while continuously monitoring quality standards, timelines, and budgets. Your work will directly contribute to the development of future-oriented energy technologies and sustainable solutions.
The company is looking for someone with a completed apprenticeship as an electrician or a comparable qualification, ideally with further training as a technician or master in electrical engineering. Several years of experience, particularly in photovoltaics or electrical installation, is preferred. You should be comfortable with travel within Germany and possess strong organizational and reliability skills.
