This role is for a Cost Manager focusing on building and industrial construction projects. You'll be responsible for developing and managing project budgets, creating cost estimates and calculations, and overseeing monthly contractor payments. You will also prepare cost reports, pre-contract estimates, and project cash flows, from feasibility studies to detailed cost plans. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and at least five years of experience in cost management, both pre and post-contract. Strong technical knowledge of quantity surveying, cost estimation, construction technology, contracts, and building law is essential, along with familiarity with German cost planning standards (DIN276) and contract regulations (AHO, HOAI, VOB). Experience with international project execution models like EPCM and EPC is a plus. You should be comfortable working with MS Office, possess a structured and proactive approach, and have strong analytical and communication skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, along with excellent German and English language proficiency, is required. This position involves travel.
