Job Description
The company is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their team in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. This is a great opportunity to manage ICI new builds ranging from $10 to $80 million for a well-established general contractor with over 30 years in the industry.
In this role, you'll oversee projects from start to finish, coordinating teams and external partners to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You'll also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, managing risks, and maintaining project documentation.
To be successful, you'll need at least 5 years of experience in ICI construction projects, with a proven track record of full-cycle project management. A background in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, along with strong knowledge of ICI construction processes and building codes, is essential. Proficiency with project management software and excellent time management skills are also key.
