Job Description
The company is looking for a Project Manager for Construction (TCE) in Paris. This role is key in managing public building projects, from the initial stages through to completion and beyond. You'll be the main point of contact, ensuring projects stay on track regarding budget, schedule, and quality.
You'll be involved in coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies. This includes analyzing bids, managing site execution, overseeing quality, and handling any unforeseen issues that arise during construction.
The ideal candidate has an engineering or master's degree in civil engineering and 3-5 years of experience in general contracting, construction management, or a similar role. Experience with technical studies and construction (TCE) on commercial projects is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
