You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating designs, executing the construction, and handing over the completed project. This includes monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality, as well as conducting site inspections. Identifying potential risks and finding solutions will also be a key part of the job, ensuring all projects meet building codes and company standards. This opportunity is for someone with a background in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, ideally a licensed professional. You should have 8-10 years of experience in managing construction projects from the initial planning stages through to completion, with a solid understanding of construction processes and project coordination.
