Job Description
This company is looking for a Construction Manager to oversee building projects in the Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area. You'll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of a construction site, from planning and execution to final delivery, ensuring everything stays on track regarding timelines, budget, and quality.
Your role will involve coordinating teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, as well as managing project documentation and resolving any technical or planning issues that arise. A key part of this will be ensuring safety standards are met and keeping stakeholders informed.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience as a Construction Manager, a degree in Building Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, and a strong understanding of construction processes and regulations. Familiarity with Lean methodologies and software like Presto or MS Project would be beneficial.
