Job Description
The company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the execution phase of construction projects in Málaga. This role involves leading and coordinating all aspects of site execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You'll be the main point of contact between the developer, the technical management team, and contractors.
Your responsibilities will include detailed planning and tracking of construction progress, managing project budgets, certifications, and final costs. You'll coordinate closely with architects and engineers, supervise contractors, and ensure contract compliance. This position requires managing changes, quality control, and resolving any site issues that arise.
To be successful, you should have at least 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction execution, ideally with residential projects. A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is necessary, along with advanced knowledge of Presto and Menfis for financial control. Familiarity with BIM/Revit and AutoCAD for technical coordination and plan review is also important, as is proficiency in MS Project and the Microsoft Office suite.
