Job Description
This company is looking for an Engineer - Planning to join their team in Dubai. You'll be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, ensuring they meet RTA specifications and contractual requirements. This involves using Primavera P6 to create baseline and recovery schedules, monitoring progress, and identifying any delays or critical path impacts.
You'll also be coordinating planning activities with RTA approval procedures, which includes managing traffic staging and integrating authority approvals. The role requires reviewing contractor submissions and preparing progress reports, master schedules, and look-ahead programs. A key part of the job will be evaluating Extension of Time (EOT) claims and developing recovery plans to keep projects on track.
This position offers a chance to work collaboratively with various teams, including construction, procurement, and design, providing strategic planning insights to support project decisions. You'll also contribute to finding innovative solutions for scheduling challenges and improving processes.
