Job Description
This role is for a Lead Scheduler within the EPCM Industry, focusing on complex projects like semiconductor and battery cell manufacturing, automotive, life sciences, and chemical plants. The company is looking for someone to lead and develop the scheduling team, ensuring high-quality methodologies are applied across all projects.
The position involves creating, updating, and approving intricate project schedules, conducting cross-project reviews, and managing time and resource allocation to meet project objectives. A key part of the role is identifying critical paths, developing control strategies, and analyzing progress reports to implement corrective actions. Experience with risk and opportunity assessment in scheduling is also important.
Candidates should have a degree in a construction-related field and at least seven years of experience in industrial construction scheduling, with some experience in leading schedulers. Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project, along with Earned Value Management, is essential. Fluency in German and English is required, and willingness to travel is expected.
