Job Description
The company is looking for a Project Coordinator in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This role involves providing essential field-engineering information to the project management team and subcontractors. You'll be ensuring that all construction work aligns with design drawings, engineering standards, codes, and specifications.
Your day-to-day will include coordinating shop drawings, analyzing project data for compliance, and identifying potential risks to the project's budget or schedule. You'll also be tracking project performance, documenting daily activities, and managing cost coding with finance and accounting teams. This position requires a good understanding of construction techniques, materials, and relevant software.
This is an opportunity to contribute to significant infrastructure projects, working closely with construction crews and engineering leaders. You'll be involved in planning field layouts, managing permits, and coordinating subcontractor activities to ensure smooth project execution.
If you have a background in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and a few years of experience in a similar role, this could be a great fit.
