Job Description
The company is seeking a Planning Engineer with a focus on MEP for their high-rise building projects. This role involves developing and managing project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, creating baseline programs, and preparing look-ahead and recovery schedules.
The engineer will be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying potential delays and risks, and coordinating with MEP teams to ensure smooth activity sequencing. They will also prepare regular progress reports and track manpower, materials, and site progress, supporting the project team with planning and resource allocation.
A Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is required, along with 9-12 years of MEP planning experience, preferably on high-rise projects. Strong proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project and experience with delay analysis and EOT claims are essential. Experience on high-rise buildings with budgets over 50M is also important, and UAE/GCC experience is a plus.
