Job Description
This role involves taking charge of BIM projects from start to finish, covering everything from demolition and renovation to new builds. You'll be the client's representative, coordinating with designers, engineers, authorities, and construction companies. A key part of the job is assessing the company's property portfolio, focusing on maintaining and enhancing its value while considering sustainability and lifecycle costs.
You'll also be responsible for developing and implementing technical investments, maintenance, and modernization plans. This includes managing project budgets, conducting economic feasibility studies, and overseeing costs, timelines, quality, and risks. You'll handle tender processes, contract awards, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations like HOAI and VOB.
To succeed in this position, you should have a technical background, ideally with a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or building services, and several years of experience managing construction and renovation projects. Strong knowledge of contract law (HOAI, VOB, BGB) and experience in client representation are essential. A good understanding of financial management and project controlling, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, is also required.
