Job Description
This company is looking for an Architectural Project Manager to join their team in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. You'll be guiding architectural projects from the initial design stages all the way through to construction completion.
Your role will involve being the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring smooth coordination between different design disciplines. You'll also be responsible for managing construction contracts, reviewing project documentation, and making sure everything stays on track regarding scope, schedule, and budget.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes and contract administration, with practical experience using Revit and AutoCAD. Experience with BIM standards and a knack for mentoring junior staff would be a great asset.
