Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Project Leader to join their Federal Programs Team. You'll be responsible for overseeing BIM implementation on various design projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet contract requirements and industry standards for quality and accuracy.
Your role will involve coordinating BIM and CADD work, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to produce precise project drawings and models. You'll also be involved in developing BIM execution plans, enforcing standard practices, and providing technical design assistance. This includes staff training, clash detection, and managing digital libraries of model families and design documents.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture, with at least 7 years of relevant BIM experience. Proficiency in Autodesk software like Revit and Forma is essential, along with a strong understanding of design principles, codes, and regulations. You should be adept at analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
