Job Description
The company is looking for a Lead Project Manager to oversee a massive mixed-use development in Dubai. This is a significant role, requiring someone to guide a mega-project that includes hospitality, residential, retail, a museum, and a mosque. The position demands a blend of strong project management capabilities and detailed architectural understanding.
The successful candidate will lead various teams and manage sub-consultants, ensuring that project milestones, deliverables, and client presentations are met punctually and within budget. A key part of the role involves providing technical oversight for complex elements, such as extensive basement networks, site circulation, and MEP systems, while also ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
This opportunity is for an experienced professional with 15-20 years of leading large-scale mixed-use projects from inception to completion. A degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering is essential, with PMP and RIBA certifications being advantageous. Previous experience on high-profile projects in the Gulf region is required, and familiarity with Saudi Arabian projects and codes would be a strong asset. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam is mandatory, alongside experience with scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
