Job Description
This role is all about bridging the gap between BIM planning and the actual construction process for EPCM projects. You'll be the go-to person ensuring that designs are ready for execution, that everything is technically feasible, and that projects stay on track financially and timewise. It involves detailed planning, coordinating teams, and making sure quality standards are met throughout.
You'll be responsible for managing the construction schedule, coordinating all building processes, and leading meetings to keep everyone aligned. This position requires a strong understanding of construction management principles, contract law, and proficiency with project management software like MS Project or Primavera, as well as BIM tools such as Revit and Navisworks.
