This company is looking for a Project Manager to lead architecture projects from start to finish. You'll be responsible for making sure projects run smoothly, stay on track with design, and are completed within budget and on time. This role requires a good understanding of both design and construction, along with strong project management and leadership skills. You'll guide the project team, manage external stakeholder contributions, and handle contract administration, including reviewing submittals and RFIs. Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations is also a key part of the job, as is managing project finances and client communications. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture and at least 8 years of project management experience. Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and the Adobe Suite is essential, along with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
