Job Description
The company is looking for a Construction Manager or Project Manager specializing in civil engineering for projects in the Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland regions. This role involves overseeing complex civil engineering projects, coordinating with various stakeholders including engineering firms, suppliers, and subcontractors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the economic, contractual, timely, and quality-driven execution of these projects, also contributing to billing, cost calculations, and project reporting.
A degree in civil engineering or a related field is required, along with ideally several years of experience in construction management within civil engineering. Proficiency with standard IT applications, particularly Microsoft Office and preferably RIB iTWO, is expected, or a strong willingness to learn. Excellent German language skills are essential.
