Job Description
This role is for a Construction Manager specializing in Mechanical Building Services for building construction. You'll be involved in evaluating concepts and plans, developing innovative technical solutions, and overseeing external engineering firms and subcontractors.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring project timelines, costs, and quality, as well as supporting client negotiations. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in electrical or building services engineering, with practical experience in construction management. Familiarity with MS Project and RIB iTWO is a plus, along with a strong understanding of costing, contract law, and construction execution.
