This role is about leading the construction delivery for a massive infrastructure and landscape project in Saudi Arabia. You'll be managing contractors, overseeing site progress, and ensuring everything meets quality and safety standards. You'll be responsible for everything from initial mobilization to final handover, including roads, utilities, drainage, and public realm elements. This involves reviewing contractor plans, managing risks, and reporting on progress, all while maintaining a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance. The company is looking for someone with a degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years of experience in major infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site logistics, and managing contractors on complex developments is essential. Experience in a PMC or client-side role is preferred.
