This role is for a Lead Commissioning and Startup Engineer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting the Expo 2030 project. The focus is on ensuring the successful testing, commissioning, and handover of infrastructure and systems. You'll be coordinating with various stakeholders, including consultants and contractors, to meet project standards for safety, quality, and budget. The position involves supporting the Commissioning and Startup Manager, providing technical guidance, and overseeing the review and updating of management plans. You will also be involved in technical coordination meetings, client approvals, and managing punch lists to ensure all project handover requirements are met. A strong commitment to safety and ethical practices is essential. This opportunity requires a degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience, with at least 10 years in testing and commissioning complex infrastructure projects. Experience working in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia, is preferred, along with strong knowledge of testing, commissioning, O&M, and asset handover processes.
