This role is all about bringing new industrial parts to life, from the initial quote all the way to full production. You'll be the main point of contact, bridging the gap between clients, engineering, and the production floor. It's a chance to really dive into the technical details, ensuring everything from design to materials and manufacturing processes is sound and meets quality standards.
You'll be analyzing project feasibility, managing costs and timelines, and overseeing the development of molds. This involves working closely with CAD designs, likely in SolidWorks, and supporting quality assurance processes like APQP and PPAP. A background in mechanical or plastics engineering, with experience in project management and plastic injection, would be a great fit.
