The company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee complex multi-residential construction projects in Quebec City. This role involves taking charge of site operations, ensuring projects move forward with precision, sound judgment, and strong leadership. You'll be joining a team dedicated to major real estate development, known for high standards and collaborative efforts across design, construction, and operations. In this position, you will collaborate with the general superintendent and various internal and external teams to manage new multi-residential construction projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and monitoring work to meet deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and operational goals. This means developing detailed schedules, tracking progress, managing budgets, coordinating subcontractors and professionals, and actively participating in site meetings. The ideal candidate will have a degree in construction engineering, civil engineering, building engineering, or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years in managing new multi-residential construction projects. You should be adept at site coordination, managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously, and proficient with project management and budgeting tools like MS Project, Excel, or STACK. A valid driver's license is also required.
