This role is about leading the technical building services (TGA) for renovation and fit-out projects in existing properties. You'll be responsible for coordinating all TGA trades from planning through to completion and warranty, ensuring projects stay on track regarding quality, schedule, and budget. This involves technical clarifications, supporting the tendering process, and managing client relationships. You'll also oversee the commissioning of building systems and the final billing of construction services. Ideally, you have a degree in electrical or building services engineering, or a related technical qualification, with prior experience in construction management for TGA, existing buildings, or renovations. Strong communication and organizational skills are key, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and project management software is also expected.
