This role is for a Cost Manager specializing in building and industrial construction within the Construction Management department. You'll be responsible for developing project budgets alongside the design team and client representatives, meticulously tracking costs, and preparing monthly financial reports. Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing cost estimations, project cash flows from feasibility to detailed planning, and conducting cost reviews. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and at least five years of experience in cost management, particularly with complex national and international industrial construction projects. Strong technical knowledge of measurements, cost estimation, construction technology, contracts, and building law is essential, as is familiarity with German cost planning standards (DIN276) and contract regulations (AHO, HOAI, VOB). Proficiency in MS Office and experience with international project execution models are also key.
