Job Description
This role is for a Project Manager in building construction, focusing on residential projects. You'll be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring both the economic and technical aspects are optimized. This includes managing the execution planning, procurement, and site supervision, all the way through to successful handover.
You'll act as the main point of contact for all parties involved in the construction process and will guide junior project managers. The ideal candidate has a degree in civil engineering or architecture, at least five years of experience in project leadership, and strong technical knowledge, particularly in building services.
