Job Description
This role involves overseeing construction management for a significant NYCDEP infrastructure upgrade project in Yonkers, NY. You'll be instrumental in managing the inspection team, ensuring daily reports meet client requirements, and acting as a liaison between design staff and contractors. Your responsibilities will include responding to RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, and maintaining project records.
You will also play a key part in leading project meetings, communicating effectively with clients and agencies, and supervising other staff members. This includes supporting their professional development and mentoring. The position also requires assisting in site safety oversight and monitoring contractor performance to keep the project on track regarding cost, schedule, and quality.
