Job Description
This company is looking for a Project Manager for turnkey construction in the building sector. You'll be responsible for overseeing projects from a technical, contractual, and economic standpoint, ensuring smooth execution on site. This involves managing timelines, reviewing change orders and invoices, and coordinating with subcontractors.
You'll also be the main point of contact for clients and design teams, handling communication and material selections. A key part of the role is ensuring quality control throughout the construction phase to guarantee a flawless final product for clients.
The ideal candidate has a degree in civil engineering or a related field, with experience in building construction and interior finishing. Strong knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures) and excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential. An entrepreneurial mindset and proficiency in MS Project are also beneficial.
