Job Description
The company is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Milan. This role involves preparing bills of quantities and cost estimates, using regional price lists for cost estimations. You'll manage projects through preliminary, definitive, and executive design phases, as well as handle complex contracts and projects.
To be successful in this position, you should have a technical diploma or a degree in Engineering/Architecture, with at least five years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor. Proficiency in quantity surveying software like 888 Mastro or Primus is essential, along with good knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCad, Revit, or Vectorworks. Strong command of the Office suite and a keen eye for detail in document and regulatory analysis are also required.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of €30,000 to €50,000 annually, plus daily meal vouchers.
