Job Description
This role is for a Project Leader in Building Physics, Acoustics, and Sustainable Building. You'll be working on making buildings more energy-efficient, comfortable, and sustainable. The company is looking for someone with experience in building physics to strengthen their projects and develop future-proof solutions.
Your main responsibilities will include building physics planning and consulting throughout all project phases. You'll also lead projects, communicate directly with clients and planners, and perform calculations for energy efficiency, acoustics, and thermal performance. Analyzing and optimizing building concepts, reviewing plans, and creating life cycle assessments and sustainability certifications are also key parts of the job.
The ideal candidate has a technical education in a relevant field and professional experience in building physics. Knowledge of building certification systems is a plus. You should be analytical, structured, and able to work independently.
