Job Description
The company is looking for a Planner for Construction Logistics in Berlin. This role is about shaping construction logistics as a core element of successful building projects and developing innovative solutions for efficient construction processes. You'll be part of an interdisciplinary team focused on the future of construction logistics.
In this position, you will develop and optimize construction logistics concepts for complex projects. This includes creating plans for site setup, traffic management, delivery logistics, waste disposal, and safety. You will also work on project-specific construction logistics manuals, analyze construction operations, and integrate logistics strategies early on. Collaboration with project stakeholders and developing specifications for tenders and contracts will be key. A focus on sustainable solutions by reviewing and optimizing concepts for resource consumption and waste management is also part of the role.
To be successful, you should have a degree in a relevant field like architecture, civil engineering, or logistics, with at least two years of experience in construction logistics planning or construction management. Familiarity with HOAI, AHO, and VOB, along with digital tools like AutoCAD or Revit, is important. Strong analytical and communication skills are also needed.
If you're interested in making a real impact on construction logistics, this could be the role for you.
