Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Specialist to join their Self-Perform Construction team in Brookshire, Texas. This role involves supporting the entire lifecycle of industrial and R&D facilities, from concept to as-built documentation. You'll be working with complex mechanical systems and collaborating across various disciplines.
In this position, you will develop design documents in 2D and 3D using AutoCAD and Revit, create construction execution milestones, and produce detailed models for fabrication and assembly. You'll also conduct site surveys and optimize system routing, ensuring clash-free designs.
The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in industrial projects, with advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, CADWorks, and BIM coordination. Experience as a detailed mechanical designer in high-tech industries and a strong understanding of MEP divisions, P&IDs, and electrical diagrams are essential.
