Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Specialist to join their Building, Energy, and Infrastructure Group in Charlotte, North Carolina. You'll be responsible for managing BIM standards and procedures for the entire team, ensuring consistency in 2D and 3D modeling for various facility types.
Your day-to-day will involve providing technical support for drafting standards, working directly with clients and team members, setting up models, training staff, and performing quality control on drawings. You'll manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, along with five years of BIM design experience, is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks is essential, as is experience with clash detection.
