This role is for a Group Design Technology Specialist based in San Francisco, California, or other Woods Bagot studios in the US. The position focuses on bridging the gap between design practice and technology at a global scale, ensuring that technology initiatives are practical and adopted effectively across the studio network. You'll be working closely with studio-level Design Technology staff and the global team, translating real project needs into technology solutions. This involves validating global tools and workflows, contributing to training and documentation, and supporting the consistent adoption of design technology across studios. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience in design technology within an architectural or design practice, with strong hands-on skills in BIM and design technology platforms like Revit, Navisworks, Rhino, or Grasshopper. You should be comfortable influencing outcomes, thinking systemically, and communicating effectively with both design and technical teams, as well as senior leadership.
