This role is about leading the implementation and advancement of BIM environments, standards, and digital workflows on projects. It involves technical ownership of delivery systems, ensuring consistency and alignment with digital practices. You'll act as a senior technical resource, supporting complex projects and driving continuous improvement.
You will guide teams, resolve technical challenges, and contribute to evolving digital practices. This includes setting up and maintaining BIM environments, overseeing model health, and managing coordination workflows. You'll also mentor other BIM specialists and help onboard teams into established digital workflows.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BIM authoring environments, multidisciplinary model coordination, and structured standards. Experience troubleshooting complex digital workflows and a process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement are key. Leadership and mentoring abilities are also essential.
